We Volunteered at Little Havens Children’s Hospice

At Wrightsure, we believe in supporting the communities around us, so we were delighted to spend some time volunteering at Little Havens Children’s Hospice.

It was a meaningful day for the team and a wonderful opportunity to come together while supporting such an important local cause.

Getting hands-on in the gardens

During our visit, we got stuck into some hands-on gardening, helping to keep the hospice grounds welcoming, peaceful and enjoyable for the children and families who spend time there.

Little Havens has beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces designed to provide a calm and relaxing environment. One of the highlights of our visit was seeing the brand-new Moana Pacific Island-inspired garden, which brings a colourful and imaginative touch to the hospice grounds.

After helping with the gardening, we were also given a rare behind-the-scenes look around the hospice. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the incredible work Little Havens does and to see first-hand the environment they have created for children and their families.

Continuing our support

Our visit gave us an even greater understanding of why Little Havens is such a special place and why we want to continue supporting the charity.

We’re looking forward to finding more ways for the Wrightsure team to get involved, raise funds and support the fantastic work of Havens Hospices.
