Making a continuing investment in high quality staff, Wrightsure Insurance Group are able to handle claims in house across all their Office's and as a result are able to provide a consistently high level of expertise in the handling of commercial claims to their Nationwide client base.

In the current market place, many brokers and intermediaries now have very limited claims handling facilities, the job being handed out to Accident Management Companies. Wrightsure regard the claims handling as an area that we can offer that extra service, we regard the claims area as an opportunity to resolve problems and keep that contact active with the Client throughout the year.

Our experienced staff have a background of the Company Market, Lloyds Underwriters or commerce and as such are able to drawn from a raft of knowledge and experience in the handling of claims and problem solving.

Uninsured loss recovery is routinely undertaken for all of our Client's and claims are monitored to settlement.

Ongoing monitoring of claims service offered by Insurers is again closely looked at and Wrightsure regularly meet with our various leading Insurers, to ensure that service standards are rigorously maintained.

A free Risk Management programme is offered providing advice on claims management to help you control your costs. Claim audits can be carried out regularly during the year.

The audit can include accident frequency and type analysis, accident investigation techniques, management style, training practices, fleet management, risk assessment and local management involvement, liaison with insurer’s claim’s departments etc. The audits can focus on but not be limited to the main areas of risk - motor insurance, public liability and employer’s liability.
